AWSM to appear at the Great Yorkshire Show 2019
We’re delighted to announce that we will be exhibiting at the Great Yorkshire Show in 2019.
This year’s event takes place between July 9-11, and we are excited to showcase some of our brand new machinery for applying digestate and slurry more effectively, as well as promoting our agricultural contracting services. Taking place in Harrogate, the Great Yorkshire Show serves to celebrate celebrating the best of British farming, agriculture and food.
History of the Great Yorkshire Show
Taking place for the 161st time this year, the Great Yorkshire Show attracts over 130,000 people over three days, a significant amount more than the first recorded attendance of 6,044 in 1842, making it one of the biggest shows in the entire country.
The biggest names and brands from across the country flock to Yorkshire to showcase their latest range of equipment and products to all, with members of the public looking to find the best deals possible.
It isn’t all about business, however, as there are several events to keep all ages interested, including various entertainment, shopping and live music.
Ticket prices for 2019’s event are as follows:
- Adult – Advance £26 / On the gate £29
- Student – Advance N/A / On the gate £21
- Child (age 5 – 18) – Advance £12 / On the gate £15
- Family (2 adults, 3 children) – Advance £67 / On the gate £75
- Under 5’s go FREE.

AWSM Farming at the Great Yorkshire Show 2019
At this year’s Great Yorkshire Show, we will be showing off our brand new Claas Xerion and 18 meter Trailing Shoe, suitable for applying digestate and slurry. We will be positioned at stand 701, and will be available throughout the event to discuss any of your farming needs!
Other events in 2019
As well as the Great Yorkshire Show, we can officially announce that we will be exhibiting at the UK AD and World Biogas Expo 2019, which is the largest trade show solely dedicated to anaerobic digestion and biogas around the world. This year’s event takes place at the National Exhibition Centre, Hall 3, Birmingham on July 3-4.
